    Holy Cow!
    Oh wait . . . Holy Turkey!

Johnsonville turkey kielbasa sausage -- over 35,000 pounds of the
product is under recall due to some customers finding "pieces of rubber"
    in the packaged meat.

Ummm. Turkey sausage - pieces of rubber.
How can you tell the difference? Tough? Chewy? No flavor?

Turkey once a year, as a whole bird is quite enough for me. Turkey
sausage would never find its way into my shopping cart (nor turkey
    bacon, nor turkey pastrami).

That's the case for all Johnsonville sausage, as far as I'm concerned.

Turkey once a year, as a whole bird is quite enough for me. Turkey

I'm ok with turkey pastrami (Boar's Head brand). I don't think of it
as pastrami; I think of it as turkey with spices.
