If you're going to the trouble to clean and debone the trout why not
remove the the head and tail? And what on earth is that white sauce
(looks like "country gravy") on the fish?

It is *semen*, your Royal Galactic Dataw Supreme Majesty...

Steve just got SO "excited" about his toothsome repast that he "spooged" all over his din - din...

That fish head he no doubt found *especially* erotic...

Thank goodness I remember to have meat for dinner last night.
Lunch was vegetarian quite by accident.

Nothing beats a bit of eye contact with your food.

You may have had a near miss with a protein shortage!

For presentation purposes. And to gross you out.

It's called.... get ready for this....[drum roll]... FLESH.

Please to forgive Princess Jill, her " piscine experience " is, sadly, limited to Arthur Treacher's...

You already know that all we RFC Infidels are going to Hell,
right? Each and every one of us. Eat what you want. I
just like cooking by themes to vary what I eat. Something
you don't exactly excel at yourself (you're second on the
    totem pole behind John).

It just so happens that most food themes are based on
religions, of which I pick and choose those food holidays
ala carte. Its what we devout atheists do. And I sure as
hell ain't trying to appease any God in all his 57
    Varieties.

Afterlife, MY ASS! Do you really know happens to the
    conscious *you* when you die?

Absolutely nothing. Except eternal bad hair and makeup days
should you choose not to be creamated <sp>.

...shit! I forgot to buy cream *again* to make
caramel-filled chocolate chip cookies. See? There is no
    God!

It doesn't gross me out but I would expect the head & tail presentation
    in SE Asian cooking.

So you flayed it? Not a very attractive presentation, at that. Still,
I hope you enjoyed your meal!
