How about a turkey neck on a wiener bun? Btw, jmcquown, you can
put your Jill sig in the signature section of your t-bird newsreader
and it will post it on every post, with the delimiter that you're
missing now, instead of hand typing it on every post, noob.

I have a feeling she will never correct her Jill sig

She would have to admit she read my post, and we both know

Perhaps, but it comes with the T-bird news client. I can't see

*Crickets* Noticed Jill is still typing it to end every one
of her posts, instead of using the on board sig feature
that puts the delimiter in too, so it won't be quoted.

Reckon Jill just gets off on seeing her own name over
and over again, instead of it being sig delimited?

A sig delimiter is asking too much of her computer knowledge.

Perhaps, but it comes with the T-bird news client. I can't see
what the big attraction is from posting Jill at the end of every
post, until I think about who's doing it.

    Let's ask! :-)

We will await Princess Jill's answer...

Please be aware that unlike your current Swedish Royals, Princess Jill is somewhat old - fashioned and so still puts on haughty Royal airs...

She is a Daughter of the old US Confederate South (she lives in South Carolina, and was born in Memphis Tennessee), and thus very slow to change...

    She belongs to this group:

    United Daughters of the Confederacy

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Daughters_of_the_Confederacy

The United Daughters of the Confederacy (UDC) is an American neo-Confederate[1] hereditary association for female descendants of Confederate Civil War soldiers engaging in the commemoration of these ancestors, the funding of monuments to them, and the
promotion of the pseudohistorical Lost Cause ideology and corresponding white supremacy...

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) considers the UDC as part of the Neo-Confederate movement, intrinsically white supremacist, that began in the early 1890s. The SPLC contends that the UDC promotes "a reactionary conservative ideology that has made
inroads into the Republican Party from the political right, and overlaps with the views of white nationalists and other more radical extremist groups." In August 2018, its website still stated that "Slaves, for the most part, were faithful and devoted.
Most slaves were usually ready and willing to serve their masters..."

I don't use a sig delimiter x 36 years. Same manual sig at
least 80,000 times now. People with automatic sigs are
    trolls and pussies.

When you have to manually put your name or initials, that
means you're genuine. It's like a red wax seal on a letter
to the Queen. Or King... I guess this makes me. Right on!

I'm surprised at this. You know, Greg, the UDC are your political
allies. They pretty much *all* vote Republican, along with all of the

(they call themselves pro-life), the White supremacists are the most

    https://nypost.com/2024/03/04/opinion/trump-nostalgia-is-here-and-endangering-bidens-presidency/

Trump nostalgia is here — and endangering Biden’s presidency

    By Rich Lowry
    Published March 4, 2024

"Donald Trump obviously left office on a sour note in January 2021, written off by many opinion-makers and political professionals.

    Then President Biden happened.

The most remarkable phenomenon of the 2024 election cycle so far is the rise of Trump nostalgia.

People have a new, more favorable attitude toward his presidency in retrospect, certainly compared to the White House’s current occupant.

After about 36 months of President Biden, in other words, people yearn for the halcyon Trump years.

Consider the latest CBS News poll.

It found that looking back, 46% of people consider Trump’s administration excellent or good, about five points higher than his average job approval when he left office.

Only 33% say the same about Biden’s time in office.

Even starker, 65% think the economy was good under Trump, and only 28% think it was bad.

What has created the after-the-fact fondness for Trump?

Most fundamentally, Joe Biden has eased his 1967 Corvette Stingray out of his garage in Wilmington, Del., and driven it straight into a ditch.

His presidency is such a wide-ranging failure that he’d make almost any predecessor look better.

Now that the pandemic is in the rearview mirror and looks more like an event beyond the control of any officeholder, Trump is bouncing back to where he was prior to its onset — and has improved his chances of winning election again.

None of this is to deny Trump has vulnerabilities, and Biden still has cards to play.

But it’s no small thing that Biden’s record is found wanting when matched up with that of the man who occupied the office just three years ago.

Trump nostalgia, in short, is a clear and present danger to Biden’s presidency..."

    Of course.

    1. He never pays with his own money. Look at how much his campaign
has spent on his private legal representation. I don't know how that
    is even legal.

    2. If he doesn't have the cash, it would be humiliating in the extreme
to have to liquidate some of his buildings (and see the new owner remove
    his name from them).
