    Yeah sure, if I go to the store and see fresh (possibly thawed)
    salmon, it is better than canned. But if I am at home after
    store hours and get a hankering for something fast, canned
    will do in a pinch. Which is better involves not only taste,
    but availability and on how hungry you are.
