grapes seemed easy enough.
They also said to put your nuts in the refrigerator. I find that very uncomfortable. Can I just use an ice pack?

Funny you should mention that. Years ago, my husband got a skin
infection on his scrotum, and ended up in the ER. He said he knew
he was in trouble when the ice pack felt good.
