I reached a civil settlement with H-E-B (Yes, Bryan - of Del Primo salsa
fame) for a couple thousand dollars for a pharmacy error that I then allowed
to be deposited onto a "funny money" card of their own hosting (ultimately hosted by Netspend - a pre-paid debit card).
Most of the money was then stolen due to an issuer error. I have now filed suit in Civil Court after Netspend ignorantly denied my fraud claim.
Bryan, I'll include 36-48 bottles of Del Primo salsa in the final settlement sent to you. If you know what size the cases are and what flavors you want that would work. I'll have them contact you. I shit you not.

Now that you've seen my evidence of wrongdoing, you have Friday to take
steps to resolve this by contacting me and offering progress towards a solution.
You can pass it all along unto Netspend but their track record isn't so
good. And it's your imprint and your money on the card where you have
refused to intervene. You have failed our agreement and have co-hosted
the fraud that has taken place. Not in the least by your inaction, let
alone your cohorts despicability which will be proven in court Beyond a Reasonable Doubt (let alone Preponderance of Evidence).
I've already made you privy to to the documents you will be, or have
been served already. But I've also just made you privy to my documentary evidence in advance of the hearing so you can also make an informed
decision. So there will be no delays in the courts.
I will have an additional lawsuit filed by BOB Monday against H-E-B for
the pharmacy incident. This is yet another attempt to work with you,
but I suspect you will choose to ignore it. SoBeIt. But it would not
fare well for you. Frankly, it would be a PITA for all of us and costly
for you. But I'm very resolute.
I've pleaded with you and your co-defendant several times to look into
this, but you have taken a blind, ignorant eye. All of which will be
made available to the courts. I certainly understand the circumstances
of my claim and any counter-claim you may have are unique and
practically unprecedented.

If you choose to converse, please refrain from telling me about your
family matters in your phone messages and our conversations. I don't
care for those details. I will be available by phone all day Friday and
will return your call within the hour if not immediately available.
Sincerely,
-sw
