• Twice Flied CHicken

I know I said I was gonna cook a humburger but that was before I
forgot I had chicken thighs brining.

1 cup each cornstarch and flour, 2 ts baking power, 1 TB mixed
pepper (sichuan, pink, black, white) 1 ts MSG, 2 ts salt, 1.25
cups water and .... drum rollll.........

    ...... 60 ounces soybean oil at 325F.

Every time I make flied chicken I tell myself, "Never again!".
But this time I said, "probably again, soon!".

    https://i.postimg.cc/JzmgsZkD/Flied-Chicken.jpg

I also made a slab of Hershey's Old Fashioned Fudge. The Fudge
recipe by which All Other Fudge Recipes are judged.

    https://i.postimg.cc/5tKkKrkL/Slab-o-Fudge.jpg

And every time I make this I say, "Never Again!". But I've found
    it helps if you play:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRdxUFDoQe0

twice in a row during the finishing stage. Because I hate Michael
    Jackson but I like fudge.

While growing up, my Dad made fudge about every other month. It
contained walnuts, and I loved it.
As I expanded my horizons, I realized that my Dad's fudge was actually
very grainy. He took it out of the oven and chucked it in the carport to
    cool.
That brutality and not using marshmallow creme certainly produced the
grainy result, but I knew no better.
My rendition of fudge closely follows your ingredients and is smooth.
I love walnuts, and my wife hates them, so we have a fudge problem.

My parents used to make fudge once in a while and it tended to be a
little grainy. I liked it like that.

Nuts do nasty things to me and I learned not to eat them. Maybe the bad reaction I always had to walnuts is the reason I don't like them. Some
nuts are almost worth the discomfort. I will tolerate that for cashews
or pistachios, but not walnuts or pecans.

even GIVING AWAY his candy. He couldn't even give it away hanging

give away candy to little girls and boys.

The website was the least of his failures.

Hell. Chorizo is a type of sausage originating from the Iberian Peninsula where Spain and Portugal are (back when refrigerating food was less of an option, right?)

Mexicans, if not indigenous, are originally Spanish and white. That
means non white Hawaiians aren't allowed to eat chorizo. That would be

Thank god, right? OTOH, Mexican style chorizo is typically not cooked. I don't know how the heck they make the stuff.

Hell. Chorizo is a type of sausage originating from the Iberian Peninsula where Spain and Portugal are (back when refrigerating food was less of an option, right?)

Mexican chorizo is raw and exudes a lot of grease when cooked. It's
nasty stuff. Portugese and Spanish style chorizo is not at all the same.

I know I said I was gonna cook a humburger but that was before I

The chicken looks good! Are you planning to dump some ketchup on it? ;) >>>
That was a sad comeback. It's not a hamburgr. Get ahold of
    yerself.

Good lord, I said the fried chicken looks good. Can't take a joke about
    ketchup?

I don't joke about ketchup on chicken. It was misplaced.

I also made a slab of Hershey's Old Fashioned Fudge. The Fudge
recipe by which All Other Fudge Recipes are judged.

Looks good, too. It's the recipe that's on the back of the bag of
    Hershey's chocolate chips, right?

Uh, absolutely not. You've never made fudge, have you. There is
no chocolate in chocolate fudge (you could have just looked up the
    recipe).

I've never made fudge using cocoa powder, no. Mine calls for melting
Hershey's chocolate chips and includes adding a jar marshmallow creme.

That's ersatz fudge. I make that, too. But real fudge is a PITA to
make. You should try it some time.

    =sw

Why? I'm not much interested in chocolate.
