    One might call it "spaghetti". I browned 1 lb. of Italian sausage with
    minced onion, celery & garlic until the sausage was browned and the
    vegetables were tender. Then stirred in tomato sauce. Seasoned with
    basil, oregano, thyme and sage and simmered on very low heat on the
    stove top, stirring occasionally. It will be served spooned over angel
    hair pasta, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
