  • Supper last night Meatloaf

    And it was delicious.
    I used a pound and a half of regular ground beef, half and onion very
    finely minced, half a carrot grated, some Worstershire sauce, granulated garlic, salt, pepper, three slices stale bread soaked in milk, an egg,
    a splash of ketchup and about a tablespoon on tomato paste.

    It was very tasty and had a nice texture. We loved it.
