Here's a fun simple one.
It's a 'two pot dish' that serves all together.

1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 tsp Turmaric
1 tsp mild curry
Add all rice maker (or other)
The rest is per person, chopped pretty
3oz Kielbasa
1/3 cup red bell pepper
1/3 cup green bell pepper
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
Make rice the in a stovetop wok, brown Kielbasa then add the rest with
some olive oil to cook while tossing about 3 minutes.
I used 'Cuban Island spice' from the Savory Spice' shop. It's an odd
but delightful mix that seems to have elements of Middle east, Mexico
and India to it. You definately want the stronger Kielbasa here
rather than a milder Andouille as it complements better and stands up
to the spice.
