we're having pizza for lunch. a simple thin crust
cheese pizza with added mushrooms, onions and swiss
    chez.

up north there were a few places that made round
pizza but they cut it into squares. it was a good
price and the flavor was also usually good, but
sadly the place went out of business. he didn't
pay his taxes... we were sad though for another
reason because he would actually deliver ice-cream
    sundaes...

We are having pizza for supper. I just made the dough and it is sitting
in the oven with the light on to proof. I will top it with sauce
augmented with some oregano, basil, garlic powder, dried chili flakes,
then finely sliced red onion, red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms,
    mozzarella and Parmesan.

Today I made some pizzas with cheese sauce instead of a tomato-based sauce. >It was okay. I'm beginning to dislike pizzas and tomato sauce. The
last one I made was with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and
pineapples. Caramel sauce was drizzled on top when it came out of the
    oven.

Ok, now I'll have a nightmare tonight.

I should have used pineapple chunks instead of crushed
pineapple or I should have squeezed out the juice before topping the
pizza with it. It pretty much tasted like apple pie. It was a good
pizza despite being a little wet.

Donnato's is one major chain that does round squares. Pizza hut and Little Cesars have also
had round squares at some point or another (I think Pizza Hut was sued by Donnatos's for their
"Edge" pizza). Donnatos sells nationwide VIA Walmart , last I saw.

I can't wait to see a picture of a square biscuit, which will turn out
to be a round bread roll.

A little light on the mozz, but looks great from here!

There's more cheese underneath. The top layer is just to glue the

no, these really were round pizzas that they cross cut
with a square pattern, so there were all these odd shapes
to them, but it was a good thing for college kids with
varying appetites as then the ones who didn't want the
crust pieces or too much could just grab a chunk out of
the middle and be done with it. the rest of us hogs
could then just eat whatever was left. :)
