1 pound Pork Belly or Spare ribs
3 cloves garlic -- crushed
1/2 teaspoon ginger -- finely grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Chinese Wine
1/2 teaspoon 5 Spice Powder
Remove Rind and Trim Fat from the Spare ribs
