    Vegetarian pizza. It was exceptionally good tonight. I had been using 00
    flour for the last few months but was having trouble finding it so I
    switched back to bread flour. That has worked out much better.

    I tried 00 flour for pizza and like you, went back to bread flour.
    Just worked better to me.
