It depends on what you use them for and how careful you are. I
generally do not expect to reuse aluminum foil except that which I
use for tenting. Most is used to line sheet pans for baking
chicken. Cheap foil works great for that.
HD foil I use for covering my water pan in the smoker to collect
grease so that it won't burn up and make smoke that flavors the
food unfavorably.
Only the casseroles I cover MAY be reusable. I usually have a
stash of semi-used foil behind the KA mixer (along with gently
used parchment paper). I do not wrap leftovers or freezer foods in
foil - it's useless to prevent freezer burn and/or drying out.
