Recently I decided that it was time to start trying new, exciting vegeta doesn't pack as many nutrients as things like collards and kale. So, being the adventurous type, I went out and bought collard greens and cooked them
up according to a recipe in Jane Brody's cookbook. Well, it turns out that collard greens taste just like cooked cabbage to me, and I hate cooked cabbage. So now I'm going to ask all of you: am I going to run into this problem with all leafy green veggies? can I eat some of them raw? do any
