    "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to
    deny or disparage others retained by the people."

    This amendment may as well merely say, or be interpreted as saying: "The absence
    of certain rights in the Constitution shall not be construed to deny or disparage
    those very rights."

    i.e. The U.S. Constitution is meant to serve true morality - true right and true
    wrong, and thus true law. Something cannot be right and illegal, nor very wrong
    and legal.

    The government is not the author of the law. If you say the government is the author of the law, then you say you do not believe in the law, and in right and wrong. Something cannot be right and illegal, nor very wrong and legal.

    The government is no more the author of the law than the government is the author
    of mathematics. Saying 2+3=17 all day won't make it so, for it will always be 5.

    The government is not the author of morality. But logic, reason, and the truth,
    dictate morality, and the law, and right from wrong.

    Right and wrong do exist, and they are not up to you to decide, any more than the
    laws of mathematics. Scientific inquiry on the other hand, can correct and improve the working theory.

    Intelligence shall save us, and it is is every American's duty, to question and search for truer authority, in the form of logic, reason, and the Spirit of Truth.
