    GREAGT IDEaImade a 5gl batch 20 lb crabapplse ,10 lb ripe boss pears .2 years best I ever made. Be aware off the oils in bananas,as that's where the aromas are,Dint ad sugar until you have a chance to. Sample your mix. DONT RUSH IT
