ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR DARKHOLDER

The following are general instructions for ordering merchandise
from Darkholder Comics and Games through the Darkholder Data System.

1. Darkholder Data System BBS#1 (Multi-line)

Orders for merchandise or other messages may be placed
in message area 2 of our BBS at 206-246-5476 in Seattle,
Washington. Area 2 is secure, and this is the SAFEST way
to give us credit card numbers. The BBS is operational
24 hours per day, 7 days a week, also. Credit card orders
are 5% extra, but ship immediately. We accept Visa and
Mastercard and secure authorizations electronically. You
MUST include the expiration date with any credit card
order. Washington State residents add 8.2% Excise Tax.

Credit card orders must ship to the billing address for
the credit card account.

If for some reason the BBS#1 System is down, the backup
BBS#2 System at 206-243-0579 is also on-line 24 hours
a day.

If the customer has access to netmail privileges, Orders
may be sent through FIDONET to Darkholder at:

1:343/148

Use DIRECT netmail only, routed netmail is not secure.

2. Voice or FAX Phone Orders to the Retail Store

Darkholder has a retail outlet in Bellevue, Washington.
The telephone number is 206-746-4471. We will accept orders
over the phone during the regular business hours, which are
as follows in Pacific Standard Time:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Wednesday 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Friday 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Sunday 12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM

They are closed Christmas, New Years, Easter & Thanksgiving.
Be prepared with your credit card number (with the expiration
date), return phone number and shipping address. Once again,
we confirm all card purchases and ship to the billing address.

FAX Phone Orders should be sent to 206-641-6505. Requests for
information should not be sent to this number.

3. Mail Orders (Snail Mail)

Orders may be mailed to Darkholder. Our Mailing address is

Orders can include a personal check, money order or current
credit card number with expiration date. Personal checks mean
that the order requires an additional 10 days for the check to
clear. Money Orders and Credit Card purchases insure immediate
shipment. Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D. Remember, credit card
orders are 5% more (before shipping, postage & handling). Once
again, Washington State residents add 8.2% Excise Tax.

4. We will be happy to send a firm quote (good for 7 days)
of the total charges including shipping, for any order
inquiry, via e-mail to any customer, immediately. Display
boxes are about $3.00 @ for shipping via ground freight or
post office.

5. DO NOT SEND US ANY CREDIT CARD NUMBER VIA E-MAIL. E-mail
is not secure. We are making arrangements for secure E-mail
but this is not yet the case.

Darkholder will send you a disk with an ASCII text catalog
of our inventory in your area of interest. Darkholder has
thousands of games, cards, posters, videos and memorabilia.

Established customers will receive updates every month.
Anyone may request these disks at any time. We furnish them
in IBM format on 3.5" 720K and 5.25" 360K disks, to reach
the maximum range of computer users. We will convert a disk
to MAC format and mail it upon request.
