    A business cannot be a notary. A notary is a public official and must be a person. This appears to be a business stamp, not a notary stamp.

    A notary is a public official and must be a person. A business cannot be a notary. This is a business stamp, not a notary stamp. There may have been a notary who worked in the business. The notary name would be on the stamp, not the business name.
