Hello there.
I recently went to a REI used equipment sale and picked up a REI Goedome 4 man
tent for $113, apparently never been used, and only has a missing grommet (price
tag still on it for $325). The tent is rated as 4 season but does not have a rainfly
that goes all the way down to the ground. I would like to use the tent as a base
camp for group climbs and for goup cross country ski trips. Do you have any comments good or bad about this tent in wind and snow conditions?
First hand experience and tent comparisons would be helpful.
