Job Description – Sr. IT PM / PgM – BI

• Responsible for executing on BI projects using Standard and Agile methodologies from ideation through implementation.
• Develop detailed program/project execution plans and run all implementation processes including progress tracking, metrics, monitoring and change control process, testing, release to production and on-time delivery within budget constraints
• Show your real passion for delivering the best customer experience and value driven outcomes
• Build crisp and complete status reporting to support project/program discussions at all levels, including at the Steering Committee
• Provide overall communication and collaboration with all teams impacted by the program/project by partnering with functional stakeholders, business sponsors and vendors
• Promote interpersonal understanding of Agile and help teams sustain an Agile mindset in their delivery
• Apply Agile best practices consistently through each phase of the project, enabling business outcomes and value add

To be successful in this role, you
• Have combined 7 years project program management experience with at least 4 years delivering Business Intelligence projects/programs
• Are Certified Agile Scrum Master with substantial experience in product definition through user stories, agile estimation techniques, improving velocity, defining ready and done, and conducting retrospectives that improve team dynamics, culture and
facilitate continuous improved delivery
• Have experience with projects involving ETL, Data Warehousing, BI Tools, data definition, data modeling methodologies, data quality, data lakes, and cloud solutions
• Have experience delivering BI insights and outcomes on projects related to finance, performance measures and metrics
• Have experience mentoring teams in an Agile mindset, traits and techniques Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with product owner involvement
• Have confirmed experience in running multiple BI programs/projects in an enterprise environment delivering Business Intelligence programs
• Have Superb communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Have confirmed ability to lead multi-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles obstacles.
• Have a track record of overcoming project crisis through your interpersonal skills and being authentic
• Have the ability to be straightforward, articulate well, have brilliant listening skills and show your true sparkle.
