Of course, the source for plans and info is Bud Evans himself. He has a
web site at <http://www.evansair.com>. Plans are now only $45 (I paid $150!), very complete and well done.
These are the original single-seat VP-1 plans. For liability reasons,
plans for the two-seat VP-2 are no longer available from the designer. Period.
Eureka! I found the (unofficial) newsletter, and it's great. Quarterly, $6/year for four issues, $1.50 for back issues.
