    A very nice writeup in AOPA about sailplanes and aerobatics. The linked page also has links (at the bottom) to FAA and sailplane transponder use, Jim Payne and NIXUS, etc.
    Very nicely done, likely to drive some GA pilots to at least ask about sailplanes.
    Yes, AOPA has a much larger membership than SSA.org.

    Too bad that the concept of marketing at the SSA does not include leveraging articles like this. No concurrent ad, no link to "where to fly." Just another missed opportunity.
