    If my memory serves me correctly and I don't remember the last time it did not, SLGP officially was in the hands of the folks from the land of Vlad the Impaler and Zamfir, Master of the Pan Flute. The previous owners were out of the picture. I wonder
    how many people have bought shares in said GP?

    Excellent question, could be the buy of the year. but would you be able to shake hands with the said owner? I have sold a few properties in the past and always was there for the closing. Could this in fact be one of those internet sales where you pay
    with PayPal and avoid the face to face? Old Bob, The Purist

    Last property I sold was done jointly with my brother, Lawyer Boy. It was my job to find the buyer and sell him, close him and get the deal moving forward at which time I was to notify my brother with the pertinent information. I did so and my brother
    Lawyer Boy actually hired another lawyer, a Real Estate Lawyer to handle the transaction. Neither of us was required to be at the closing, lawyer did it all, imagine that. Lawyer Boy said Real Estate had become so specialized that it was best to hire a
    specialist whom he said saved us in at least one instance from a schmuck. If I was too sell or buy today I would definitely hire a RE Lawyer to make sure things were on the up and up. JMHO.

    For those that might have been confused by Walt's reference to Romanians
    and a Bolivian airport identifier, the acronym SLGP in reality stands for
    the popular Seminole Lake Glider Port.

    The ownership of SLGP has an interesting history which has been discussed
    in other RAS threads.

    Thanks for clearing that up. It seems that people are now abbreviating things, like that, expecting everybody to understand what it means.
