• Cobra "Jockey Wheel" Bearing Needed

    From =?UTF-8?Q?John_DeRosa_OHM_=E2=84=A6@21:1/5 to All on Wed Apr 13 14:32:16 2022
    I have a 2002 Cobra trailer which has Al-KO components. The handle on the nose support screw jack (sometimes called a Jockey Wheel) is becoming more difficult to rotate.

    I took the jack apart to clean and re-grease it and found that the thrust bearing is broken which is located inside the top of the exterior tube nearest to the handle. You can find an image of my bearing at;

    I am having a heck of a time finding a replacement bearing. I bought a likely candidate from McMaster-Carr but it just isn't quite right (the ID and OD are good but the bearings themselves are bigger).

    Anyone know the standard bearing part number for this part?

    Thanks.

    Email Cobra with that question. They promptly reply to such inquiries.

    If ID, OD, and depth are 15x32x12mm, might be this one (Part # on the page 629602SP) - looks similar:

    They used to be; now I think it is Wings & Wheels.
