Women rising up in Muslim world

    *chuckle*

I gotta see the response from left wing women [1]

After all, they often have "wear the hijab" day to
show - get this - "solidarity" with their fellow
women [1] in the Muslim world, not realizing,
or caring, or wanting to know, that the hajib is
forced on them by the women-hating men.

Leftwing women also prefer female Muslim
immigrants like Ilhan Omar, supporter an
apologist for Muslim female mutilation known
as female circumcision, forced on them by
women-hating men who don't want them to
have any pleasure from sex, and hate Muslim
female immigrants like Ayaan Hirsi Ali who speak
    out against Islam's anti-women and anti-freedom
    culture.

    They're such idiots.

I do not feel much like giving a *chuckle* about it.
It is all so messed up, and seems unendingly sad.

    Concerning

The recent Taliban retaking power over Afghanistain
    and
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arab_Spring

    also
I recently finished reading two books on the general subject:

Generation Revolution by Rachel Aspden https://www.amazon.com/Generation-Revolution-Between-Tradition-Change/dp/1543601332
"Generation Revolution unravels the complex forces shaping the lives of
four young Egyptians on the eve and in the aftermath of the Arab Spring,
and what their stories mean for the future of the Middle East."

Shifting Sands: The Unraveling of the Old Order in the Middle East
    Paperback – March 15, 2016
by Raja (ed.) Shehada (Author), Penny (ed.) Johnson (Editor) https://www.amazon.com/Shifting-Sands-Unraveling-Order-Middle/dp/156656056X
"A fresh look at the Middle East today, tomorrow, and in the past:
fifteen writers, with an introduction by Raja Shehadeh, author of the
Orwell Prize-winning Palestinian Walks, and Penny Johnson. At a time
when the Middle East dominates media headlines more than ever—and for
reasons that become ever more heartbreaking—Shifting Sands brings
together fifteen impassioned and informed voices to talk about a region
with unlimited potential, and yet which can feel, as one writer puts it,
“as though the world around me is on fire?”

Very sad. Youth, definitely including females, just do not have any
    easy way for progress.
In Egypt the mass united demonstrations finally forced out a
corrupt dictatorship (Mubarak), got a chance to democraticlly elect
a leader, and they big time went for Islamic fundamentalist,
    the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt
Mohamed Morsi, was sworn in as Egypt's first democratically elected President. Moves toward the Islamic laws created political and
economic crisis. The population supported the military in throwing
Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood out. So, they have another
military dictator. But,,,, always the hope he will rule the
country for the benifit of all citizens.

But the whole culture is just messed up with no good future of
economic growth and freedom for all.

Recently I attended an Egyptian Coptic (Christian) cultural festival and
talked to as many of them as I could. Even in the US they seemed afraid to offer any criticism that might lead to their church being bombed.

    Yes.
We visited a couple Coptic churches in Egypt in April.
Including the one they say sheltered Mary, Joseph and the baby
    soon after Jesus was born.
    Neat places.

Heritage of welcoming Abraham, Joseph, all his family,
    Then Mary, Joseph, and Jesus.
And from Egypt, and that heritage, into Christianity,
the command to treat the stranger well.

The amount of hate and intolerance and wasted energy and
effort in that area of the world is very depressing.

The Hijab is not forced on them by "women-hating" men, it is forced on them by their own culture (men and women) who love woman and actively work to protect their purity, the sanctity of marriage, etc. This is not just in Iran. Muslim women wear hijabs
and more in dozens of nations on earth, including in the West.

Healthy societies keep their women under control, full stop. The West is not healthy.

An increase in the influence of women in public life has often been associated with national decline.

    In itself of course the [feminine] is just as important as the [masculine], but the attribute of devotion defines the place occupied by this primal power in relation to the [masculine]. For the [feminine] must be activated and led by the [masculine];
then it is productive of good. Only when it abandons this position and tries to stand as an equal side by side with the [masculine], does it become evil. The result then is opposition to and struggle against the [masculine], which is productive of evil
    to both.
I Ching, chapter 2 (Wilhelm translation)

Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you.
    Genesis 3:16

"I am most anxious to enlist everyone who can speak or write to join in checking this mad, wicked folly of 'Women's Rights', with all its attendant horrors, on which her poor feeble sex is bent, forgetting every sense of womanly feelings and propriety.
Feminists ought to get a good whipping. Were woman to 'unsex' themselves by claiming equality with men, they would become the most hateful, heathen and disgusting of beings and would surely perish without male protection."
