More on F/A-18 crash in Florida-pilot ID'ed

O2 malfunction, green apple (emergency o2) was found pulled. More than likely, backup 02 did not have the required 02 to enable this pilot to save himself. Pilot was noted in report to have been saying emergency, as he became more incoherent, due to
hypoxia. So, he tried to save himself, knew the protocol as a seasoned navy commander, but backup failed. I was active duty, knew him, and saw report. It sux!
