  • IATA: Passenger numbers to reach seven billion by 2034

    Global passenger numbers are expected to reach seven billion by 2034 with a 3.8 per cent average annual growth in demand, according to the latest IATA passenger growth forecast.

    Based on IATA's prediction, the 2034 passenger numbers would be nearly double the current level of 3.5 billion flying annually.
