Both (i) waste battery's output during cranking & alternator's output after cranking (ii) shorten battery's life because they ↑ battery's discharge ( www.batteryfaq.org ) during cranking.
This a-i-s valve ( 23 Ω ) can be disabled : I connected a vacuum hose from intake manifold chamber to lift diaphragm in this valve, so engine can still suck in air. Torque ↑8%, noise ↓8%, & fstr crank, after this.
This relay ( 104.1 Ω ) (i) gets a 50-75 mv leakage* from starter switch, & this * flows fr relay to -ve ground, i.e. drains battery. (ii) can be replaced by a U shape nail to connect battery's +ve voltage to windows' motors' switches. Battery s-o-c ↑,
easier crank start, torque ↑1-2% @ 600 rpm.
