Seems like you have done a lot...

Having no idea what your level of fix-it skills are I would suggest
finding a good competent mechanic familiar with Jeep to diagnose
    the problem.

This is normally _not_ the dealership except as a last resort.

Your problem could be as simple as a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel
pump relay or fuel pump. Though my first thought is toward fuel and
a clogged fuel filter. This is most noticeable as a total lack of acceleration.

A dead or dying coil can also cause idle issues and acceleration issues
though usually it just comes to a point where the Jeep won't start at all.

Just stalling by itself normally points to either a dirty throttle body or
a bad crankshaft position sensor. A dirty throttle body and idle air
passage will make the I6 run rough and can prevent it from idling at all. Normally this clears up when you accelerate or shift out of drive and
idle in neutral (no load on the engine)

Without the DTC (Diagnostic codes) it's impossible for any of us
to do much more than guess.
    Start here.

I have some older stuff on my site. The engine you have is the same
    basic one.

    Good luck!
