hey hope youre doing well, I found that the red manual has literally every different possible step by step for my vehicle compared to the blue having a general overlay. That being said im working with an 1982 bull nose but im glad i stumbled upon a red
manual in a yard sale and bought it because it looked different. It has literally been the difference between me having to get a more experienced mechanic to fix the wiring or even having to rewire my truck with a test light and continuity tester. Just
to further talk up my experience with the red manual, 80 is slightly different from 81, which is different from 82 and you can probably guess is different from 83. only 84-86 is basically identical. The blue manual didnt have such details in it, but i
