Give the black animal a one way ticket to Africa. His relatives can
    have him for dinner.

Horrific footage shows the moment a driver stops, gets out of his
vehicle and pulls a body off his windshield, dumping it on the side of
the road before he takes off in a heinous hit-and-run.

Franklin Mendez's body was found around two miles away from the site he
was allegedly struck and killed by the vehicle that offloaded his body
    on early Saturday morning.

The Prince George's County Police Department told local media that the
body was discovered at around 4 a.m. in the Maryland suburb of
Washington, D.C. Residents found the body a few hours later as they woke
up and noted the offloading after checking doorbell camera footage that captured it.

It was a night of mishaps for Mendez, 28, the police said, who revealed
that he was struck by another car just hours before the fatal collision.
The first crash was reportedly minor, and he didn't sustain severe
injuries from it. It happened two miles away from the fatal one.

Instead of stopping, the driver decided to continue on, driving all the
way to Ardwick Ardmore Road in the Ardmore neighborhood of D.C., which
is just northeast of the city's center. The video shows the driver
peeling Mendez off the windshield, then dumping him on the side of the
road before speeding off. First responders were called to the scene
shortly after, and they officially pronounced Mendez dead. The New
Carrollton resident's death is now under investigation, and the
authorities are scrambling to locate the suspect.

The body was dumped from a gray Honda Civic made between 2011 and 2017
that had a large decal on the top of the back window. The police said
the car will likely have damage to the front right bumper, the fender
and that there will be a hole in the windshield. They are urging the
public to provide any information they can.

A small memorial has sprung up at the site where the body was
discovered, with residents in the neighborhood honoring the man they had
never met after witnessing the disturbing crime.

"All his clothes was gone from his waist down, and I called the police,"
an anonymous resident told FOX5 about the moment she found the body.
"When we looked at the camera, the camera was showing that he came up
here at like 4 or 5 in the morning."

The woman said she suspected the driver knew the neighborhood because
"he took his time" as he got out and looked around for a spot to dump
    the body.
