Both drivers are claim self defense. (Of course they are; it's
*always* self defense.)
Grissom should be in jail. He's the asshole who did all the
shooting.
The problem with *everybody* being armed is that, when it happens,
you'd better get the first shot off quickly; everybody opens fire and
calls it self defense. I live in the Dallas suburbs and scarcely a
day passes without one or more shoot-outs on the freeway; when
everyone is armed, you do not want to come in second. I didn't pay
any attention to which one was named "Grissom"; however, I'm sure he's
claiming the other guy drew his gun first. You'll never sort it out.
