I was watching the race, not the newsgroups.
Personally, I am fond of Scott Dixon, but
dislike oblivious and self centered Will Power.
    Rookie Scott McLaughlin looks promising,
and took to ovals very well.

    Indy 500
Quite the emotional high and surprising win.
I'd suggest people not make fun of the old men.

    You push indycar here.
Then crap on an exciting race?

I did not think I 'crapped' on the Indy 500.
It certainly had a fair number of interesting moments.
Certainly a lot more passes than you will ever
    see in a F1 race.
More leaders than you will see this whole
    season in F1.
And a meaningful and surprising pass for the
lead with about 3 laps left is always good.

Who the fuck said anything about old men?

Plenty have made comments about the age of
Hélio Castroneves, and thought at age 46 he
was past his best years. He gave Roger Penske
3 Indy wins, but the Penske team decided to
no longer give him a car for Indy.
I guess some could say he showed them.
