MO - You know who you are -
Toyota recalls 1993 Camry Due to fact that owners really
should have bought something new by now.
James Crivellone Typical Camry Owner,"Does this car, car?, Yes? I'll
take it!"
Michael Olsen For Camry owners, it's an appliance.
LF - Michael Olsen Well, I guess that description was not too far from
the way I viewed my 'daily drivers'. Mainly to be adequate to get me
where I needed to go. In 1972 I bought a used VW bug for $1750. Then in
1985 I bought a new Mazda PU for $5,000 cash. In 1999 I bought a new
Dodge Neon ACR for ~$12,000. Ok, that one was indeed capable of some
fun. And then in 2018 I bought this comfortable old man's car of a Honda
CRV. So my daily street cars have been efficient, but inexpensive. It
was sure nice to not have to worry about car payments for something
where you have to worry about speed limits.
