• Mexico GP start?

From XYXPDQ@21:1/5 to All on Sat Nov 6 16:14:11 2021
Who has the better track position Bottas or Hamilton for the first lap? The turns one two and three aren't wide enough for two cars side by side.

What is more to the point, who has the best start position out of HAM
and VER. In the post-quali interview VER seemed to be relieved that if
not poll, he at least wasn't in 2.

It's something like 800 meters to the braking zone for the first turn, presenting a great slipstreaming opportunity if you're not the guy in front.

If Merc orders Bottas to let Hamilton ahead at the start instead of going full out he's going to be in a real trouble. Think they're smart enough to not do that.

Verstappen does. He starts on the clean side and gets a slipstream down to the first corner.

Or Bottas has a slow start holding Verstappen up and Lewis sails into
    the lead.

    And gets passed by Perez.
