    Jamie is about another 5th of the way there with her $500,000 prize money. I'm pretty sure all that
    you need to race in F2 is /some/ racing experience and around $2.5 million for a year - for the
    seat alone. They don't need super licence points and, as far as I know, no 107% qualifying requirement.

    Most drivers do F3 first as that's only about half the cost of F2 for a year. It's also a step up
    from W Series which uses what's basically an F4 car.
