1st practice (1pm) - Channel 4, Sky Sports F1.

2nd practice (4pm) - Channel 4, Sky Sports F1.

Sat

3rd practice (12pm) - Channel 4, Sky Sports F1.

Qualifying (3pm) - Channel 4, Sky Sports F1.

Sun

Race (3pm) - Channel 4, Sky Sports F1, RTL.

Put Channel 4 (or RTL) on via an aerial etc and connect a small portable TV to Sky Sports 1 after pressing the red button for the multiscreen - useful "duovision" for when the main feed cuts away from the race to the crowd or empty pits etc - pressing
the yellow button toggles the commentary on and off depending on your preference over the Channel 4 commentary.
