• Why is the Red Bull sponsor blanked out in Sky Sports F1 Ferrari racing

From Mr Gobrien@21:1/5 to All on Thu Jun 9 10:58:05 2022
Why is the (Red Bull) sponsorship on the side of H Sikkens car blanked out in the Sky Sports F1 channel coverage of Ferrari Challenge UK racing?

Looking at photos of his racing Ferrari online, it does seem to be Red Bull that Sky have a problem with for some reason, and they place a fuzzy red patch on the screen to cover it - and rather inconveniently for Sky he won the race!

Of course the same channel shows and also names the actual Red Bull cars in F1 anyway.

Speculation: It's just an graphic of a red bull, but since Red Bull (F1
team and/or drinks company) are not associated with Han Sikkens, they
don't want anyone thinking they are.

But I might be completely wrong.

It's a graphic of the Red Bull red bull.
