    Rolling in snow at -20C after a sauna session is a thing. Those gases
    might be cold, but they have very little heat capacity because they
    have very little mass, unlike 0C meltwater, or -20C snow. So as long
    as they're not passing a constant stream over you (instagram doesn't
    let me see vids or images, so I have no idea what they've actually
    done), you won't feel the temperature as much as you might expect.

    I wouldn't recommend it for people with heart complaints though, it's
    quite a shock to the system going from 100C to -20C in very little
    time at all. I've saunad at 130C in the past, you'd be surprised what
    the body can cope with.

    disease or reinforcing wellness. There is far more profit to be made with the former.
