    Hamilton pitted with what nine laps? Yet they put him on the medium tire. Did they not have a fresh set of softs?

    There was a lot of talk that some drivers preferred the medium tire.

    Maybe the softs were going off so quickly that even 9 laps was too much.

    Maybe they did want him to threaten RUS.
