I can't imagine that any of the teams won't have it sorted out before
    the first race.

If I had to speculate, I'd say they're probably seeing what the most
extreme... ...something... ...is that they can get away with before
    porpoising becomes an issue.

It might be rear ride height... ...it might be spring rates.

One of the factors that's definitely a big change for these cars is that
the tires will be doing a lot less of the springing in the overall
system, so the main springs will probably be softer in order to
compensate. Softer springs will me more vertical movement from downforce
and on a ground effect car, too much movement leads to porpoising.

But telling me things I already know?

By snipping most of what I wrote?

Too much downward movement with increasing downforce DOES lead to the
floor getting to close to the ground...

...causing it to stall and downforce to suddenly decrease...

...causing the car to rise again...

    ...causing the cycle to repeat.

    From your source:

" and accurately modelling the dynamics of the springs and dampers in
this situation is not really possible."

And what you snipped (of course):

"One of the factors that's definitely a big change for these cars is
that the tires will be doing a lot less of the springing in the overall
system, so the main springs will probably be softer in order to compensate."

Stop "whining like a little girl". Clearly it states things differently
and somewhat better than you and is not just posted for your benefit.

Again you claim to know thing you clearly didn't.

    Quoting you serves no purpose.
