Continuing to monitor and record coyotes and other sounds. Right now,___
the stray and feral cats in the area have become very vocal. I've
noticed this in the past when the weather gets cold. However, last
night, recorded something I haven't heard before:

What is this?
Thanks!

Sounds like heavily manipulated or processed approaching sirens.
Is this even real?

I don't know. It was recorded last night around 9 PM or so. At
first I thought a jet as some have a higher frequency like that, but
the frequency changed so abruptly and dropped off that it caused me
to have doubts.

After repeated listening and analyzing since posting it, I believe it to
be an aircraft. There's a certain jet that flies over that has a sound resembling that.

** Not a chance.
The sound is heavily modulated, suggesting multiple sources with slightly differing pitches.
It also steadily falls in pitch.
Sounds mechanical.
