I’m not sure exactly who Bob Rivers is, but a lot of his song parodies
ended up on the local Vancouver BC FM stations, so I assume he worked in
the area.
PS: I also recall that this song actually ended up on an AC/DC box set, but
a quick Google search brought up no evidence of that.
