    The court is handing power back to the legislative branch.

    Which is incapable of using it unless the Democrats regain the House.

    Biden has let the "agencies" run wild. So if you really want to lay some blame,
    lay it where it belongs. Joe's the one who took it too far and this case is the result.

    Wild? The reverse is paralysis and ignores legislative intent as well as
    the executive's responsibility to carry out laws.
