    This sleazeball is pushing a story about "executive privilege".
    When the judge asks for proof, I bet Navarro will claim Dumpy
    made the declaration "just by thinking about it".

    Meadows had a letter from Trump's attorneys when he was considered for prosecution for contempt of Congress. Navarro did not.

    Claiming executive privilege for political actions runs afoul of the
    Hatch Act, something Navarro is aware of.
