• Hunter Trial turns comedy

Judge: Does this plea include immunity to any further charges?

    Hunter Team: Yes

    DoJ Team: No

    Judge....how do you plea again?

    Hunter: Not Guilty

So will the DoJ finally file all the charges they've not been willing to document in an indictment?

I think the DoJ had to say No so they could keep up their "ongoing investigation" shield to cover their own BS.

Judge Maryellen Noreika has delayed a decision on whether to accept the
plea agreement between federal prosecutors and Hunter Biden — demanding
that the two sides make changes in the deal clarifying her role and
insert language that limits the broad immunity from prosecution offered
to Biden on his business dealings. Biden’s lawyers estimated it would
    take about two weeks.

After a grueling three-hour hearing, Hunter Biden entered a plea of not
guilty on the tax charges, which he will reverse if the two sides redo
their agreement to the judge’s satisfaction.

This is gonna be too slimey for anyone to stomach.
Are they gonna include FARA immunity too?
    Good luck on that.

The extremes are Manafort (convicted, pardoned) and Stone (deal, no
    charges IIRC).

Looks like no. The tax charges might have tanked due to tainted
investigator emails that would have turned up in discovery.
