said Raffensperger should, um, manufacture any votes to aid and abet
Dumpy's criminal enterprise. In fact, Dumpy never said "Please help me commit this crime." So no admission of guilt, no consciousness of guilt
or even malicious intent. It was merely a conversational starting point.
Like "I just want nice weather for golf tomorrow," or "Wouldn't it be great
if it turned out I won Georgia's electors even though everyone says Biden
won them?"
