    And that's why LA is gonna go to shit even faster with no cash bail.

    Because we've all seen what cops do when it's useless to arrest people for crimes that they will be instantly released. They quit doing it.
    In SF...they've quit responding to burglary reports unless the perp is still on the premises. Shoplifting? You get laughed at for a calling in that one.
    Some stores have even penalized employees for making the call...
    While we all pay the price for "shrinkage". And we all pay the price when stores close due to lack of profitability.
