    Naturally, Venice-based City Councilcritter Traci Park is having none of it. “These practices capitalize on the vulnerability of our homeless community, reduce available parking, and create significant life safety issues,” she was quoted saying by
    the Santa Monica Daily People’s and Worker’s News.

    I know...you'll never get it. She's blasting a company called VanLords who rent RVs (running or not) to provide housing to homeless.
    I can only guess why....the NGO's living at the trough of gov't funded handouts to homeless don't like someone providing housing far cheaper than they with no gov't assistance.
